Each stage is marked by patience and precision, from slow fermentation with sourdough to careful baking that preserves softness and aromatic depth.
Romanengo 1780’s candied clementines and apricots standout for their artisanal whole-fruit processing, slow candying in sugar syrup, and absence of preservatives, faithfully honoring Genoese tradition to preserve the flavor, fragrance, and color of the fresh fruit.
